- General ConditionsMobilization, protection of the work area, material runs and daily clean-up through the project.
Scope: install 18 linear ft of trench guard system across the front of the garage door; install 179 linear ft of discharge line around the back exterior wall of the garage; install a 26 linear ft exterior french drain with two pop-up emitters; install two downspout extensions on the back exterior wall of the garage; general conditions for the drainage work.
Notes: all of this work is gravity fed — no sump pumps. Ground settles where it is disturbed; final grading and grass are the owner's to finish. Contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while working on the exterior.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the work performed; 12 months on the drainage system.
Not included: any crawlspace work — no vapor barrier, no encapsulation and no dehumidifier; no sump pump; no electrical work; no structural repair to the house; gutter work beyond the two downspout extensions listed; any repair to driveway, concrete, paint or finish surfaces; any work not listed in the scope above.
